Scam. Do not take your care to this place this is one of those typical shops that overcharge you, runs into "issues ever step of the way, and charge for things you don't need. On top of that you car will be put back together sloppily and missing fasteners, clips, botls etc. Also one of my windshield wiper blades was out on incorrectly and was hitting the pillar of the windshield. You would think as expensive as this place is they would have flawless work. Wrong not even close. I have more confidence in a Firestone working on my car than this place. Those 5 star reviews are bull crap.

The front turn signal went out on our 2000 BMW 3-Series. My wife took the car in and they fixed the lights right away, no waiting or come back for an appointment. Auto Hans has been amazing from the first interaction we had with them. I would highly recommend them for anyone with an import looking for reasonable, reliable and trustworthy service!

Best shop in town since they are competent, honest and affordable. I have an Audi and a Mercedes, both have been to various dealerships in the DFW area, but Auto Hans has always been the better choice and I am only going there. The honesty is what impresses me most, as with dealerships I had my breaks being measured thicker later in their life, however that goes and the other needing to be replaced, loaners not being available when promised, intransparency why they were doing what and of course they were more expensive. At Auto Hans I had a major repair and a few weeks later the same issue. My gut feeling tells me dealerships would have blamed a different failure and charged me, Auto Hans said it was a faulty part from the previous repair, no costs at all. That is customer obsession. Auto Hans is my go-to shop from now on.
