I had a great experience with Ascot Diamonds. They took the stress out of buying a ring. They were very helpful and designed the perfect ring for my future wife. Jenny was awesome and very personable! I would recommend it heavily if you are in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. No other place even came close to how good our experience was.

My Fiancée and I had such a wonderful experience with Ascot Diamonds. The staff were so friendly, helpful, and were never pushy. They worked within our budget, and provided insight for every step in the process.
They gave us the perfect suggestion for my Fiancée’s engagement ring, and she has fallen in love with it. It was perfectly custom fitted, and the quality was beyond what we expected. Overall a 10/10 experience.

The ring we chose is exceptional - they actually custom made it for us to reflect the exact design we wanted. They work very hard to make sure you get exactly what you want! My experience with Ascot has been filled with knowledge and passion for excellence.
Maurice, heavily experienced in his craft, spent our time educating me about diamonds and helped me hone into what I was looking for - down to the 4Cs and beyond (and beyond). This is the hardest part. I cannot explain how much I’ve learned from him and I’m so appreciative of his wisdom and counsel, when, in contrast, I was only pushed for a sale from other jewelers. Maurice told me things as they are in the industry and, after my own research, I found out he was right. In other words, Ascot treated me like family and provided guidance with my best interest in mind.
Although diamonds can be found through any jeweler, Ascot’s rings are beyond anything I’ve found, anywhere - that is why I chose them. Also, Maurice dedicated his time and looked beyond the website’s offerings to find exactly what I wanted and within my budget.
After selection, the process of assembly was roughly a week and a half. Keep in mind, I was pressed for time, aiming for a 2 March proposal. Maurice and Jenny kept me informed through every stage of the process. I received the ring well ahead of time and, to this day, my (now) fiancé is still astonished of what I’ve chosen for her. Although I didn’t get the correct size, Ascot has been more than helpful in advising her (and taking action upon) on resizing.
I will give my business to anyone who is willing to give their time to educate me because that’s what I value most. Because of this, I am fully prepared for any purchase in the future, but because of Ascot’s time, dedication, and action, I will turn to them first for my business.

Just bought my fiancée ring (I hope she doesn't see this). Thoroughly impressed with the help of Jenny and Maurice. Great combination of expertise and communication. Swift in email responses and getting the details right.
We didn't realize this at the time, but it's best to go to a boutique jeweler first (like Ascot), then visit more commercial jewelers for price comparisons and availability. The detail and attention given to us at Ascot Diamonds was exceptional. THIS is the way to do it.
The ring we wanted was slightly outside of my budget and they were willing to negotiate and it was truly appreciated!
Respectfully I hope I never see them again as I pray to be married to this woman for the rest of my life?

This was the first store I went to looking at rings and knew nothing about engagement rings at all. Maurice patiently walked me through all the different variations of diamonds and rings. He was very helpful in the process and was very genuine in helping me get the best diamond & ring in my price range. I would highly recommend Ascot Diamonds and will use them for any diamond purchases in the future.
