I called 13 times with no answer. Also waited at the door for 20 minutes and press the three zeros to get into the leasing office and was not able to get in very unprofessional was not able to tour apartments at all.

8 months in. This place isn’t too bad. Very affordable and it’s In a safe area. It’s also right in the heart of Addison. The only cons would have to be how filthy the interior ( hallways , garage, stairwells ) is, how the process to pay rent is always unorganized and the constant fire alarms.
1 year update -
Renewed lease. There are Less fire alarms, the property could use more cleaning especially the garage and stairway. Nothing has improved enough for an increase in rent though. It’s still very average living to me

Stayed in a hotel for a long time down here. Went to go visit this apartment, Martina worked with urgency to get us approved and into the apartment within less than a week of applying!! My family couldn't be more satisfied with this location. Thank you for helping us. It's definitely worth the price!

Just moved in all the way from Wisconsin to Texas. Martina was very helpful getting us setup and processing our paperwork. Staff has been helpful, building is very clean, and the features although you pay a bit of a premium for, are very convenient. Parking garage, trash pickup, and locked mailroom boxes make things easy around here. The Zen garden and pool are wonderful. However all of the great amenities here have all sorts of log-ins and features that your average tenant likely will struggle with when setting up a smart home. Everyone has been extremely helpful, just don’t be afraid to over communicate and ask for help, because it can be a bit overwhelming with all of the 3rd party programs and apps the complex uses to collect payments and verify documents. Renters in this price range have a lot of options and I am very happy that we picked the Addison Keller Springs. The crew and building exceeded both myself and my fiancé expectations. Happy to be a Texan!

Terrible terrible terrible. Constantly losing power, I moved here in April and have experienced at least 4 power outages.
Will tow your car in a heart beat without warning or notice.
The fees constantly rising and being added on. Again in the 6 months I’ve been here my rent hasn’t been the same price once. It’s constantly higher. Will be moving as soon as the lease is up.

Maintenance is great, system for packages is great. I’ve had too many problems with AC and fire alarms go off too often. gates malfunction every once in a while and parking is horrible for guests

Have been without AC for over a week. I have a pet and my plants are now dying. The leasing office isn’t moving with any type of urgency and it’s 100+ degrees outside. Not to mention when I resigned my lease they “forgot” to tell me about fees they were going to charge me for and now I’m paying 100+ more every month in rent. They always give the run around and when my car got hit in the garage they never reviewed the tapes even after saying they would. Would NOT reccomend wasting your money here; there’s much nicer and better apartments you can live at for the same price. Not luxury at all, older building, parking sucks, etc. can’t wait to move out.

Excellent maintenance service, just need to not contact residents from no caller id number so we can answer more easily, but maintenance tech resolved the problem the next day with no issues and even wore show covers to protect our floor. Excellent service
