I had a great experience with Jose Vasquez! He was very professional and walked me through all the payment processes. He greeted me right away and remembered my name from a previous visit. He set up a test drive and let us loose! After, he got the paperwork set up and was very accommodating to my budget. Jose was the OPPOSITE of a typical pushy used car salesman. Very kind and patient. If you go here, ask for Jose and he’ll take care of you!

Worked with José to get me in a new truck and he was extremely professional through and through. He was quick in communication with my bank and was on top of everything. While we waited my daughter wanted to color and we didn't have markers/paper and he went to go get some for her. It's a small detail, but it speaks to the personal experience he provides.

I Would put 0 stars if an option . Grandparents bought me my first car for graduation. We Went to go see it in person, car looked amazing .We ended up buying the car 100% paid no finance . Car has been nothing but problem after problem first 2 months owning it , only driving it from work and back the motor went out . We Replaced it . 6 months ago I got into a car accident was not my fault at all . The Car that caused the collision took off . We ended up buying it the car back cause it was considered as total loss even with full coverage just to find out where they hit me on my quater panel had all been bonded up and repainted . NOONE never reported it . Did a carfax report everything came back good dealership told me it was 100% ready to go . I still have this car and now building a family but this car has caused me nothing but problem after problem !

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE. If someone wants to do a class action against this place I would be up for it and please reach out. This place is a SCAM! STAY AWAY! LISTEN TO ALL THE BAD REVIEWS. There’s a trend! I am with Angelina, so read her review. SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Had to put all our savings in repairs just for this place to sell us a horrible car and engine seize twice in ONE year. What are the chances of an engine seizing so fast?? SCAM!

Last year in October 2023 I had the opportunity to buy a car here, financed, the first few months it worked well then it went very wrong, I had a lot of problems, it started with simple things breaking down so I decided to fix it myself (it was the battery and alternator)
6 months later I realized that the engine was failing, I took it to a nearby workshop so they could clearly detect what I had since the dashboard showed the check engine light, and they told me that they no longer showed the codes. that the engine and serial number did not match
I decided to return to this place to see if they were responsible or could help me with anything, so their answer was no, it says that they sell their cars without warranty, so I had to pay on my own.
People, before buying a used car in this place, check carefully that the car comes with its original parts, since you will have many problems trying to fix it.
I had a bad experience with this place and I will honestly never shop here again.

“Addison Autoplex was so amazing! The personal service was outstanding. FAR above and beyond what I’ve experienced at the large corporate dealerships. They had the exact Mercedes I was looking for with all the extra features. The guys took care in securing financing for me at the best rate. They also made a special effort to make sure the car was in pristine condition before I took it home. About a month later when I noticed a hitch in the acceleration, they told me to bring it in, diagnosed the problem and replaced the gas pedal at no charge. I will never go anywhere else to buy a car! Thank you Addison Autoplex!”

Best experience form a dealership I’ve ever had. Yousif (salesperson) was great, and the finance manager was top notch. They were very straightforward with financing and ran a tight ship. I’m from Houston so I had to have them send pictures and video of the car remotely, flew to Dallas to test drive, and we already had the financing set up before I got there. The whole experience was to notch — and they had a great selection of pick up trucks. Will be recommending to my friends for sure.

Update: I was contacted by Jose and he made sure to fix all the problems I was having he even assisted with making sure the title was fixed and followed up with the leak to check if you were to buy a car from anyone from the shop I’d highly recommend Jose because he actually cared enough to reach out and fix the issue and offered to help if it happened again
found this place online called up and they had the car I wanted when I got there I was passed off to someone else cause the person I spoke with was busy the other sales men then tells me sorry that car doesn’t work do you want to try another (which was a lie should’ve been the first red flag) then the one I talked to came out when I was about to leave and got the car out for me . I thought it was fine and the car just was badly stained but that was soo wrong when it rained my car floors was soaked I tried to take it to Volkswagen the car was so bad they didn’t even want to fix it and told me I’d be better off just getting a new car I also then noticed black spots in the back seat crevices and started growing on the floor it’s MOLD!!! They sold me a car that was full of mold and I had my child in hand they didn’t care About me or him and he’s starting to having breathing issues I now know why .they cared more about a dollar and not causing harm to someone or their child and to top everything off they spelled my name incorrect on the title and when I first saw it I called to inform them it was incorrect and he said oh no we have it correct don’t worry but that too was a lie how do you misspell a name with the ID in hand and me saying it and spelling it a shame don’t buy a car from here
