I have been taking my 2011 Chevy Silverado to Addison Automotive for quite some time. Sherry has the best customer service and is straight forward. I do not ever feel like I am being taken advantage of at this shop and I know my vehicle will be treated with care and precision. Thank you Sherry for always having my back!

I recommend Addison Automotive for your auto repair service. I had my transmission replaced there and I am happy with this service. The staff is extremely friendly. I am in a wheelchair and have limited transportation . They understood my transportation needs and picked up the vehicle and returned it to my home.
I trust Addison Automotive with my vehicles.

These guys are great. I will recommend everyone in the area to use this company. Took my SUV in because of a leak in the cooling system but something was still wrong. So they took it back in and made it a priority. These guys are all about the customer here. Thankful to have people like them.

After going through some reviews, i thought they do good and affordable job. But They charge you way too much for even fixing a simple issue. Would never go there. takes days to diagnose the car and also charge heavy for diagnosing. It’s crazy how they legally rob you. Go there if you have lots of free money. Hope to give them negative star.
