Jennifer was way more than you could ever expect from an insurance agent, she took her time to find me the best price for my multi vehicle policy. Not to mention she is quick to respond to questions and is very detailed.And he also speaks Spanish! What more could one ask for, with your professionalism it was very easy for me to find what I needed!

Literally the worst insurance location to call a Hispanic girl will answer and hang up the phone I’ve called 5 times back to back to get my information emailed and she literally hangs up to avoid doing anything

I got auto insurance with Acceptance Insurance and they made it with 3rd party company. It's okay. But when I was trying to cancel my policy they told me they couldn't access my policy and my information. It was only 5 months ago when I got the insurance with them! After 5 months they said they don't able to access!? I tried to cancel my policy almost for 2 weeks! And I still can't do that!

Just transferred to Acceptance (for second time) since first owning a vehicle. Came from using Allstate from 2/2022. The agent in question Robin who assisted me today was kind and courteous. Any/all questions I had she was able to answer. And the payment I was making was reduced from making the transition!! Five stars!!
