Raquel was so wonderful. I came in to have two rings size, expecting to have to pay for the resizing. Because I purchased these rings from Zales in 2013, Raquel was able to look up my protection plan information which covers sizing, saving me a large amount of money! She was diligent, thorough and thoughtful!
