My wife took her pistol in for coating. Got it back and now having to send it back to manufacture to have repaired. We took the pistol back to have them fix issue, they think it may be a broken firing pin. Pistol was never worked since we picked it up. Super slow service.

Was going to check this shop out but they do not allow firearms or concealed. Backwards thinking. They just want your money but they dont care or support your rights.

The gentleman at the front counter was very helpful and knowledgeable about several aspects of my firearm. I even learned a couple things that I was not aware of.

One star is more than I want to give them. Their inventory is severely lacking. On top of that I walked around the showroom for a good 10-15 minutes and nobody even bothered to come out from the back and talk to me. If you are allergic to cats you definitely want to avoid the place because they have 2 roaming the showroom.

Purchased two guns from this establishment, the owner was very nice and took the time to help me figure out what I needed and helped me get pointed in the right direction. Once I figured out what I wanted, I started to price shop other options in town, I quickly found out that this establishment had the best pricing. I had a great experience between the fair pricing and the quality of the staff, good fun people. I felt like he wasn't trying to rip people off, and for those reason, I will give them all of my business.

Came in moments ago to buy 2 handguns and a shotgun to give away at our event. Was greeted when I first came in and when the guy looked up at me he quickly changed his response. Instantly said he wasn't interested in anything I had to say. I responded you didn't even let me finish my sentence. He stated he didn't care he's now with a customer and doesn't has time.

Do not waste your time or money at this establishment. You would think that when they give you an estimated time frame of completion that they would COMMUNICATE with the customer when they run into issues... of any kind. Not in our case. Time frame given was 3 weeks. 3 weeks went by... no calls... waited a little longer, still nothing. So we called and they said they ran out of paint. Another week went by, called again and they said it would be ready the following morning. Surprise--not ready. Then out of blue they called and said it was ready for pick up. Went to go pick it up, reassembled the gun, paint chips in multiple places before my fiancé even left the shop. "We'll redo it just go shoot it and bring it back." Yeah, no thanks. Won't be coming back.

This is hands down the best gun shop in Abilene Tx. They give you great customer service, and prices are hands down the best around. Even if you have and issue with your firearm, they will try to help you fix it first, before trying to make you pay to have it looked at. I highly recommend them too everyone looking to get into your first firearm, or just to ask questions and weigh options before pulling the trigger......

Dropped a firearm to be cerakoted an ocp camo and got back a poor attempt at bdu, cerakote didn’t look close to what I wanted, took over 2.5 months when I was quoted 4 weeks, employees were very rude and didn’t give me the chance to say how much I hate their cerakote job, just made me pay and leave with it. Basically never going here again.

Well. The experience was and still....(is) odd. Although a visit in January, regardless of political discussions through social-apps : I have the chance to make a small and quick shopping trip for a few Veteran family members (tees or caps, etc.)This shop was off the main highway, and so I wanted to stop in and see the gear and possible spend a little of my already tight budget. I checked the items, a small rack for shirts and other related items. I wanted to see if I am doing business with friendly employees or a nice business....two employees are present at the time. A fellow with a small beard and a younger appearing guy with short hair.The bearded employee stated he would return shortly...I have a small conversation : a small - in good humor - mention of ammunition shortages (news online and shortages reported).The mention of "22 caliber" is made by the employee, I stated "it's really not that great (a round / caliber)"The employee takes offense to this, with a reply"I could shoot you, the bullet would travel through your arm and strike your heart"I believe if this were stated in a less-direct manner : such as - "it has been documented, over several accounts, the velocity of the small .22 caliber...has been known to have acceptable penetration....since (any example)Instead the statement was more....in regards to me. I found this both odd and borderline insinuation.
