Pharmacy manager, I am not sure what is going on at this location but the systems are broken. I had a text message saying a refill prescription was ready; but when I came, they told me it had never been ready.Then I called in for Allegra refill, and girl told me it’s never been filled at this pharmacy. She then advised me “to go just get it over the counter.” I am a military patient and prescriptions are luckily covered fully and I don’t want to pay out of pocket.When I told her the generic name for Allegra, she was able to find RX but it couldn’t be filled and she couldn’t tell my why.As a prior pharmacy technician, I am not sure why she doesn’t know the common generics nor why she was so quick to dismiss patients, and why she gave me advice like she is an MD or pharmacist.

I came here to fill a prescription a young man and girl were working there. They were both extremely helpful. The photo department was also super friendly and helpful I dont know what is up with the negative reviews. The s 12th location is extremely awful though I'd recommend this location instead.

All the Walgreens in Abilene, TX are scammers. The pharmacy filled one of my prescriptions. They only gave me 7 days worth of medication without even telling me it was only 7 days worth. I called to get my other 23 days worth of medication and they called me a liar saying they got me a full 30 days worth. I take my prescriptions religiously as the doctor tells me to so there is no way on earth I took 23 days of medication in 7 days. I will be calling my insurance company about this, contacting the BBB about this, and filing a police report about it so I may get the rest of my medication filled elsewhere. I can't believe that Walgreens would do such a thing but they did it and I will be taking further action against this company!!

I have been using this pharmacy for year's. I know this is a corporate chain, but you get know the people. All the people from the pharmacy to the front are hard working, kind people!

Not a fan of this pharmacy. The younger employees there are unprofessional and rude. While you are waiting on your meds, the younger women are horsing around and yelling, making inappropriate jokes and making others feels uncomfortable. They will talk about patients as they leave as well. This is definitely inappropriate and can violate HIPAA.Also, when you call their subordinates at the front desk, they too will talk very unprofessional and talk down on you. I don’t know why they want to hire a younger staff who does not take their jobs seriously. Please consult with management on this, nobody needs to feel uncomfortable at the pharmacy when they are ill or scared trying to get their medications.

Graet store a little more expensive on a lot of things but you can get in and out on a hurry, they even have cold beer and wine.

This store just told me to come into the store with covid (and very severe symptoms) to get Sudafed because it’s my only choice. Putting the entire staff and customers at risk. So that’s what I’m going to do to get it.

Yesterday my older mother was trying to get her medication filled there was miscommunication between the pharmacy and the Drs office today I called her Drs office they said they sent over the script yesterday but the pharmacy tech Kelsey Collard argued with my mother on the phone instead of assisting her to figure out the issue she spoke rudely and ignorantly to my mother which I and 2 other witnessed. I went to pick up the script after it was filled spoke with the manager to make a complaint while I was speaking to the manager Kelsey thought it would be ok to interrupt continue to give me attitude and deny how she responded to my elderly mother on the phone. I will be calling Walgreens and making a formal complaint if your job is a customer service your duty is to assist and resolve issues not be rude and treat people the way she spoke to my mother. I hope she has not done this to any other elderly folks who don't have someone to correct the issue with her customer service! I will be reporting you!

I love going to walgreens. On time meds and customer service is on point. My go-to store for general goods and anything health related at a great cost.
