this place is not 24/7 . change it from saying it's 24/7. not only is this place too cheap to hire people to keep it 24/7, theyre also too lazy to change the hours.

I don’t know if management notices but you don’t have very good reviews. I had a cashier talking to me like I was a child telling me what I “needed to do” and talking about me to someone else and said “I told her no.”Then the child manager came over and tried to defend her. All this bc I tried to exchange using my rewards phone number but your stores aren’t connected for some reason I’m 2023. I said fine let’s do store credit, just solve the problem. You guys need to get a grip. We don’t come to spend money to be treated like garbage.

I don't know why this place has so many bad reviews I mean every time I go here they take care of my needs. The pharmacy is always nice. The stores always stocked, and the lines are never long.

store closes early is never 24hrs as advertised closed today @10pm has a sticker on the door closed for lunch , when i called associate she said they will open back at 7am tues.

The pharmacy is always out of stock every month and when you ask about a timeframe they just make you feel like “it’s whatever, they’ll get it when they get it” and have no care about their customer base or being 5 days delayed on getting prescriptions out. The lines take forever, so you’re usually waiting 20-30 minutes to pick up your script when it’s finally available. The staff is not the best with customer service. Definitely a corporate run company that doesn’t care about their customers.

I swear you will lose your mind dealing with Walgreens pharmacy every time, every month it's a struggle. I don't know what happened but it's time to move on.

We have used this pharmacy for years. The day time pharm tech, Candy, Knows us by name and is extremely courteous. I always hope she is on duty when I go.

(Just a quick edit while I contemplate something) Looking at the reviews of this pharmacy, they have 1 star reviews dating back to 2010, that tells me a few things. Either A, nobody working at this store has a Yelp account, or B, they simply do not care what people think. Both of these should scare people away from doing business here. You would think someone with corporate at Walgreens has the job of checking the Yelp accounts for all the Walgreens across the nation on a daily basis, and that brings me to, A, Walgreens INC. has not hired a PR person for this position, or B, they do have a PR person, but this person A, sucks at their job, or B well its probably A, you add all those A's and B's and 1 star reviews together, with the fact that there is not one reply from a cashier, much less the CEO of Walgreens leaving a reply to any of this mess, and it equals one big raging F, that should tell the people of Abilene to stay far, far , far away from this place, unless you need to run inside and grab a bag of M&M's from up front. And this concludes this edit, until next time I get curious and go back to this place. (Cause I c an be a j*** like that)

There is a reason why the pharmacy of this store has a 1 star overall review. Halima, the pharmacist, is very unprofessional and even seems to go out of her way to make matters difficult for her clients. The first time I had to work with her, she asked me to sit to the side once I got to the window after waiting in line for about 25 minutes. From there she proceeded to accommodate everyone else in line, even others who came in long after I did. Only once the line was completely empty did she return back to me. I believe I waited nearly 2 hours, toward the end of which, of course, my three year old began to be impatient. She ultimately filled my prescription, but then it seems she spoke to her regional manager to ensure that it would be impossible for me to refill the prescription again. I needed the prescription as a component of a compound that I use to prevent cancer. She spoke to customers in a very rude tone, and made filling my prescription ultimately impossible. After my experience, I am not surprised at all to see the dismal reviews for this location.

I've been going here for a few years now, and the pharmacy staff really treats you like family. I feel good knowing my medicinal needs are met by such people.
