Went today on april 10th to apply for a credit card and get some new stuff and i was greeted by every employee there, and asked if i needed any help everytime anyone passed by! Man i wanted to thank an employee by name but i cant for the life of me think of what it was but she was the BEST! I want to say her name was vanessa but that may be wrong but everyone there made the experience 10/10 when usually panty shopping just isnt very fun ? thank you ladies!!!

Got here 5 min early for some shopping, here it is 10min after the opening time and the gate is still down and employees are taking their time cleaning and getting ready to open late.. Not professional at all..

I was just wondering what is going on with this store?! They seem to have their own set of rules about when they choose to open and close. I was at the mall this weekend and mall hours are 1100 am opening til 7 pm and they did not open until after 12. Since I had other things to do I chose to come back later which was after six and they had already closed when all the other stores were already open. The following day I also came to an exchange an item when the mall is supposed to be open till five I arrived at the mall after four and by 430 Victoria’s Secret was already closed! Today I came this morning on a break before work at 11:30 and to no one surprise Victoria’s Secret is not open. I don’t understand why it’s not like the mall.
