I asked the woman behind the counter what the cheapest nicotine vape was and she sold me a zero nicotine vape. When I got outside and realized it was zero nicotine, I went back inside 2 minutes after purchasing it and she refused to refund or exchange my purchase. Horrible customer service and I will never return my business to this store.

Terrible place, Extremely unhelpful, could have swore the disposables that are being sold in there that are made In china got banned September 1st. That’s what I was told a week ago when I was in there I know Texas didn’t remove the ban that quickly.

There is better stores in Abilene find one,just don't go here
No stars, been shopping here for awhile, today I held the door open for someone that I DID NOT EVEN KNOW, and because they didn't have ID the girl behind the counter refused to sell to me, I wasn't even with the other person and I won't spend another penny in any of these store again. Get better employee's the ones you have are costing you loyal customers!!!!

They may not always have what you want when you go in, but I guarantee you they can find you something close or recommend a substitute. Staff is super friendly and helpful.

I am originally from the Abilene Area and returned to the area from East Texas for a conference. I would like to say that we have a Vapormaven in Nacogdoches that needs to follow this model. I was refused service from the Nacogdoches store by the husband and wife that work there for speaking my mind (not loud just a different opinion) and they disagreed however this store is TOP NOTCH! The Manager is Awesome and the lady tonight was awesome even called me after I left my wallet there. These people were true professionals and I’ll be back every time I am in town, please model all your stores after this one. I’ve been in 4 and this is the best by far! These employees deserve to be in management. Thank you!
