It never fails that when I decide to stop in at this location about 10am they’re closed. The sign says they open at 9am. Lights will be on and everything. No matter how many times I even call they won’t even answer the phone. If you guys hire people like this that lock the store and still get paid, where do can the rest of us apply?

Buyers beware their pods are knock offs and won't work (different color, different fitment, different coil and trigger the short circuit protection). they'll refuse to make it right. If their pods are knock offs no telling what else is.

This place ROCKED
They have vape pens on the clearance cabinet, that other places are charging 2 and even 3 times as much for .
Huge juice selection, all very reasonably priced ,
Brands and flavors I see nationwide for 24.00 ?

He had no idea when we started I was gonna drop over a couple hundred bucks and he was attentive and answered questions exemplary.
Vapor maven. As a 33 year business owner I understand the importance of quality employees,
Rare is it nowadays to find people that handle your shop as their own .
Because of his knowledge it went from a 70- maybe a 110.00 sale ,
to double that .
Very good at handling other clients that walked in as well - multi tasking .

People that work there are not very friendly. Refused to sale me liquid for my husband. Said I'm a third party and he can't do that he could lose his job. I would suggest any where else but purchasing from this place.

OKAY SO LET ME START BY SAYING I TOTALLY DIDNT CATCH THE YOUNG LADIES NAME THAT HELPED ME LAST NIGHT; She was SO personable and friendly and had so much information to offer and helped me find the best Delta bar for my specific needs and wants. She really helped me find the best bang for my buck and I’m really happy with what she recommended me! I don’t often find vape stores fun to visit because it’s a lot of snot nosed college kids behind the counters but I’ve never had a bad or uncomfortable experience at this Vapor Maven. Plus they got rewards and I got $10 off a vape one time like who doesn’t love that? My go to shop ??

Update 12/19/2023: I was actually going to ramp up to 5 stars now that things had settled in under new management until tonight. While the gentleman was nothing but professional, the new "policy" to scan a QR code and sign a waiver for EVERY transaction from a consistent client well over 21 and produces ID without question is nothing short of hyper paranoia and atrocious at the very least. I had already put one of those egregious things on file since the management change, but I refuse to waste my time on someone's meth-level of paranoia every single time I want to make a purchase. Best regards VM, I'm out!I've been using this company for a couple of years now starting with the Sikeston, MO store in 2021. In the recent few months I've been asking for a specific product and I've been given the stone wall treatment. Yesterday I stopped in and noticed there was a staff change. They seemed to be unattentive to my requests and inquiries as I had to reiterate a number of times what I was specifically looking for. They also seemed to not know much about the store's inventory or it's product lines. I plan on venturing to the S. 14th location as a final effort before writing this company off and finding a more suitable supplier. I truly hope corporate pays attention to the reviews and learns how to keep their MVPs and return customers - can't supply a demand that isn't there.

The staff was very rude when you first entered the store demanding to see ID's, could have come across less aggressive. and were not helpful whatsoever when shopping making me feel like an inconvenience for trying to shop there.

I came to this store after an extremely poor experience in a different location and was very happy to be greeted immediately. Kelsey and Alicia Answered all my question and I was happy to buy an extra juice that they recommended on top of what I originally came for. I will happily drive across town for this kind of service. I will be back indefinitely. 10/10 would recommended.Also, Wonderful recommendation, the Hi-Drip Island Orange is my new favorite juice. Thank you Alicia and Kelsey
