After waiting all day for my package to be delivered I get a notice that the mail carrier claims he couldn't get to my residence. That is untrue. There was no reason to not deliver my package. I took the day off to be able to retrieve my package because I'm afraid of Porch Pirates taking off with it. I'm angry!! That is untrue. So now I have to wait for it again tomorrow I'm angry and I'm gonna make sure to contact the manager in charge of the Post Office at Southern Hills. You can't lie about mail delivery like that. What is really going on?

+Beware if you are shipping out mail+You might be cycled through multiple lines if there are any hiccups with your package. The tellers and manager don't have enough experience/patience to help fix on the spot.Unprofessional, the employees don't respect the current manager.The teller will wait till you get to the front of the line to say they won't service you and that you need to move to another line.-In total, 60 minutes for 2 envelopes :/

Nathan Barnett and the other staff were all very helpful and professional. I shipped out a bunch of gorilla boxes out with them and they were very patient with me. Thank you for such a great service, it was definitely appreciated, and helped me focus more on other things and not stressing about mail. Thanks again!

On several occasions my mail carriers have supposedly attempted delivery of packages that require a signature when I have been home, but I suddenly get messages on my phone saying that a delivery attempt has failed. The package that was supposed to be delivered today is valuable and time-sensitive.I don’t mind traveling to pick up my packages on my own during the day due to these hiccups. However, I’m further frustrated when they don’t even answer the phone. That’s the least they could do in my opinion.I have so many small issues receiving mail, but this was the last straw. I understand that humans and systems aren’t beyond their faults, but I expect more competence from a federal org. I will be contacting customer service after this review to voice my complaints. I just want to see better service for everyone.

Our mail carrier on Western Plains Ave is a thief. He stole a weeks worth of mail and 5 packages. Spoke with the post office supervisor that spoke with the mail carrier and she said the mail carrier cannot give Her a straight answer as to where our mail is but she is not going to do anything about it. Called the police and are filing charges for theft.

Had a package that was supposed to be delivered to my house Saturday they never even showed up it was marked unable to deliver even though the mailman didn't even make an attempt I know this because I have a doorbell camera that captures outside my apartment
