if I knew ups tracking doesn't work I wouldn't hv been sitn here waiting on my debit card ALL DAY! I do not like ups and before shipping they should allow you to choose carriers so I can politely pick fedex

They use to come to our door when we had cods. But now we pay the company we order from with a credit card and the drivers don't even get the package to the door much less let us know the package is here.

Do not use ups if at all possible. Been chasing my package for 2 days. Expected wait another 3 days. It's already been out for delivery and they are just incompetent. Absolutely the worse delivery provider. Would give a worse rating if possible
