Very rude and "snippy" customer service. I'm not sure if this girl was having a bad day, but from her attitude she isn't someone who should be working in customer service.Edited due to response: Don't sit here and lie. I came back only a second after I informed my friend over the situation. You never stated policy to me. All she said was "sorry we can give it to you". I had to even show you a portion on the UPS screen of why I thought an ID and tracking number would be sufficient. I called customer support and there were multiple option that you were supposed to inform me of rather than be so dismissive. I have no issue with your policy. I understand the policy completely, I only wanted to make sure I had tried any possible option to get the package. One of the associates was very nice and I appreciate her. The other one though had no sense of empathy or as of she cared the only solution she offer was for him to come and pick it up. Customer support gave me 3 other options according to company policy that you all should have made known to me. I didn't come to complain on the policy only the attitude.

Fast, efficient and friendly! The staff here make shipping and printing so easy. I was able to get an address stamp made for Christmas cards and ship off to my spouse at their APO all in a single trip!

The customer service was fantastic, on a Sunday - when this UPS office was closed- I was given my packet necessary for that day. I called the other UPS store in Abilene to see if there was anything they could do so I could get a hold of the package, they said no, but they called this UPS office and the owner got a hold of us to tell us what she could do. She later came to the UPS office on her day off to assist us, she was so kind and patient, it meant a lot. She did an incredible job; it demonstrated how efficiently the store is run. Its workers are diligent in their work and put effort when it comes to customer service.

I own a business and have shipped hundreds of packages through UPS. I do not need receipts when I drop off and have always dropped off at the counter and walked out of the location, just as other places like Fed Ex and USPS allow.However, this last Saturday, I was yelled at by a red headed woman for dropping off my package at the counter. This was done in front of other customers and was totally disrespectful and uncalled for. I have a choice on where I can send my packages and after this absolute disrespect by this employee, I will no longer ship from this location and frankly, will most likely choose USPS or FedEx in the future.I also spoke to UPS corporate and found out she held my package for 3.5 days. AGAIN, I am running a business and this is absolutely unprofessional and gross. I'd head to another location or choose another provider if I were you.

$4 to send them an email to print out 1 page. The page was 39cents but 4 to send email to get a print unreallll. Yes it’s $2 to use the rental computer for 1 (39cents color copy) print too but the fact that to get 1 print it’s $2.39 if I have extra time on me or $4.39 if I don’t want to waste anytime is absurd. I will try my best to avoid ups from now on

If you want your package delivered on time, stay away from this store or any UPS! Thursday, at 11 in the morning, sent a very important package via air for next day over night delivery. Payed $92 for this service. Was supposed to be delivered Friday before noon. Will not get the package till sometime Monday. It would have been faster via regular mail for a fraction of the price.

Went in to ship off a horse saddle (which are heavy) first time ever and I was going in to ask questions about Pirate shipping the lady who came up to the front was very snippy and rude (guessing this was the “independent owner”) she told me they won’t provide weight or the label so I then asked if I could print the label and she quickly said “it’s not free you have to pay!” Okay? I then asked, “could I pay for you to weigh it?” She immediately cut me off and said no because they are competitors. I said something about them being money hungry and greedy (which a few customers agreed with me) she then let out the whole spill of “I have to pay this and that and this.” I know owner Karen….you aren’t the only one who owns a company but having good morals is also important when it comes to business :) I asked her how I would go about shipping it through UPS and she immediately jumped me about not giving me the weight AGAIN.UnprofessionalIgnorantGreedy and money hungry

Service is excellent. They always recognize me right away and say greet me warmly (the red-head always seem to think my name is "Doug", but she is still top-notch nonetheless). Always friendly, always fast, and always helpful.

The service here is hit or miss, if the older blonde girl is assisting I know I will not be having a pleasant experience. She is rude, short, unhelpful and has a superiority complex. While a lot more convenient, I will no longer be using this store bc it’s not worth the chance of dealing with her.
