This service was used back in March for me to receive a package and the driver delivered it to the wrong house. Luckily the neighbor brought it to me after hours. Today the same thing happened and again the driver delivered it to the wrong house even after I called with that concern. This company location is the worse. NEVER USE THEM. Hopefully someone will be nice enough to deliver it this evening. Such a run around to get it a refund!

Husband brought a 35lb max vacuum for shipping after selling it on eBay. They tried to claim to eBay it weighed 100 lbs! This isn’t the first time this UPS tried to lie about the weight to get more money. Anything else heavy is going FedEx they actually reimbursed something when I overpaid.
Check it out this is a systemic UPS issue with thousands of complaints on Google, someone needs to start a class action lawsuit.

I work out of town and have to use UPS often. Had a package delivered to the store in a Saturday . I was concerned it would not be delivered by closing time and would have to wait until Monday. I called the store and a kind lady answered her name was Megan or Morgan she said she was not sure what time my package would be delivered to the store but she would be on the look out for it . 15 minutes later she gives me a call and tells me my package has been delivered. I could not believe that she actually took the time to let me know it had arrived. When I arrived she greeted me with a smile and remembered my name . Excellent customer service.

Avoid this useless service if you can. The $4.++ they charge you to print a return label is ridiculous!!! I had been in there 2x for the same package. First time I just couldn’t get it to print. Although the two employees that were useless in helping me NEVER mentioned there would be a charge to print it at their store, the first time I went in. Fail!!! Today, AFTER, the guy printed the return label, ask me how I wanted to pay for it! I’m like, What? It’s a pre-paid label, ohhhh, UPS Store charge for printing it???? FAIL!!!! The owner totally lied telling me she heard him say it. Well he was facing me, looking right at me, gave me the address and NEVER said there would be a charge. Of course the lying owner who was standing to his back, around the corner, probably 15’ away, said she heard him say there was a $4.++ charge. Hummmm. Left again, with package in hand. Horrible customer service!
Update: After the owner's response, I guess there was also a $2 computer rental fee?????? That is ONCE AGAIN the First I heard of that also! If I could say anything about her response, it is full of assumptions-SHE WAS NOT IN CLOSE PROXEMITY to the conversation I had with her clerk, of the 3 employees I encountered in 2 visits, NOT ONE SPOKE OF ANY FEES UNFRONT BEFORE THE SERVICE WAS OFFERED. PERIOD!!!! BEWARE OF HIDDEN FEES AT THIS UPS STORE!!!

Very rude and "snippy" customer service. I'm not sure if this girl was having a bad day, but from her attitude she isn't someone who should be working in customer service.Edited due to response: Don't sit here and lie. I came back only a second after I informed my friend over the situation. You never stated policy to me. All she said was "sorry we can give it to you". I had to even show you a portion on the UPS screen of why I thought an ID and tracking number would be sufficient. I called customer support and there were multiple option that you were supposed to inform me of rather than be so dismissive. I have no issue with your policy. I understand the policy completely, I only wanted to make sure I had tried any possible option to get the package. One of the associates was very nice and I appreciate her. The other one though had no sense of empathy or as of she cared the only solution she offer was for him to come and pick it up. Customer support gave me 3 other options according to company policy that you all should have made known to me. I didn't come to complain on the policy only the attitude.

Fast, efficient and friendly! The staff here make shipping and printing so easy. I was able to get an address stamp made for Christmas cards and ship off to my spouse at their APO all in a single trip!

The customer service was fantastic, on a Sunday - when this UPS office was closed- I was given my packet necessary for that day. I called the other UPS store in Abilene to see if there was anything they could do so I could get a hold of the package, they said no, but they called this UPS office and the owner got a hold of us to tell us what she could do. She later came to the UPS office on her day off to assist us, she was so kind and patient, it meant a lot. She did an incredible job; it demonstrated how efficiently the store is run. Its workers are diligent in their work and put effort when it comes to customer service.

I own a business and have shipped hundreds of packages through UPS. I do not need receipts when I drop off and have always dropped off at the counter and walked out of the location, just as other places like Fed Ex and USPS allow.However, this last Saturday, I was yelled at by a red headed woman for dropping off my package at the counter. This was done in front of other customers and was totally disrespectful and uncalled for. I have a choice on where I can send my packages and after this absolute disrespect by this employee, I will no longer ship from this location and frankly, will most likely choose USPS or FedEx in the future.I also spoke to UPS corporate and found out she held my package for 3.5 days. AGAIN, I am running a business and this is absolutely unprofessional and gross. I'd head to another location or choose another provider if I were you.
