Why dont they carry your groceries out to the car anymore? I see associates just standing around chatting with each other as I push my cart out myself. Has happened twice now.
Better service, prices and selection at HEB.

This is the third time in one week that I have had to ask for a carry out, surly they see me limping up as I have had a knee replaced.I always have more than six bags when I assume I will automatically receive help. I normally just wait to see if they will take the initiative and help me. But after waiting a few minutes and watch them stair at me I have to ask.This is only in the evening though imagine that. I truly miss the other manager he would close his register to help the elderly.

The store is fine but the deli/sushi is pitiful. All food is cooked at 10 a.m. then the help is gone. They are in the back while the food sits out hour after hour. I have never seen the sushi being made either. It must be made early on the morning. But it is flavorless.

I wish I could leave a 0 star rating.I’m leaving a review to complain about the manager here named Victoria. Two days ago I went to United and while I was shopping, I witnessed the manager full on yelling at an employee and cussing him out. I couldn’t quite make out what she was yelling about, but it was along the lines of him being unprofessional. But I guess her yelling and cussing him out in front of the whole store didn’t count as unprofessional.Will not be coming back after witnessing this.

These people need to learn the disabilitie act for medical needs animals I know a lady with a really bad anxiety disorder and she was made to leave because of her medical needs dog in training she has had several issues in her life and she is disabled yet some of the employees at this place found it necessary to make her leave her medical needs animal is a pup right now her doctor told her she was able to keep her dog with her anywhere united seriously needs better training for their employees

BIG THANK YOU!!!! To the bakery team.My aunt passed in September and December was her birthday so I wanted to get her a cake like I did every year before her passing. The lady who took our order was AMAZING! I was giving her all these ideas and just trying to make this cake perfect but the lady was so sweet and understanding and the bakery team made my aunt's cake just so BEAUTIFULLY!!!The same ladies made my sister's cake today and they also made my goth cake back in September. We absolutely LOVE THESE CAKES!!!!! ❤️In person the colors on these cakes were BEAUTIFUL!!! my photos are not great.BIG THANK YOU!!!!! YALL DID AMAZING JOB!!

Back in my day, when you walked into a grocery store, you’d expect good old fashioned customer service, not a gossip session. This place I tell ya has lost its way. Every time I go to get my cigars at the service desk the manager seems more interested in chatting about drama and hangout out at Starbucks. I just want to grab my smokes and go but when he works there it’s like a trip to the drama club. I always have to bother the poor cashiers to call him over for help and distract them from their jobs. Haven’t had any trouble apart from the service desk, but anytime I need to ask a question for the managers I gotta wait a long while.

Terrible experience here. One of the managers, I believe her name is Victoria or Vickie, was very rude to me and her employees. She had gotten on to one of the checkers right in front of me whenever they were just trying to help me out kindly. Every time I come into contact with her the employees seem scared. Not sure if she is new or not. The checkers I usually get are very sweet though, so are the baggers. Have been shopping at United for awhile.
