Paid over $9.00 for a large container of supposedly prime green grapes only to find a spider & egg nest on one of the stems. Be careful & check future purchase for insects. Grapes were from Mexico.

I called ahead of time to check the availability of medication I needed. The lady on the phone sounded new but I trusted what she was saying was correct. She confirmed that they did have in stock. However when I arrived they did not have in stock and they were unwilling to swap it out for a different formulation. Now having to wait till Monday afternoon to receive the medication I needed today, nor can they transfer the medication.

The staff & pharmacy at this store are rude & obnoxious! The pharmacy was cyber hacked our info was stolen & no one can get their meds. They have lacked professionalism & humanity as their system failed their patients while speaking to medical staff & patients. Amy should be fired. A report is being filed as I type!

I have been doing business with United Supermarkets for the better part of 10 Years. Wes Leake and Scott Attaway have been nothing but professional over that time. I will continue doing business with this company for years to come.

I am still waiting for my prescription to be filled.My script recently had a generic come to the market. When United tried to fill it, they said their "system" needed a pre authorization. I received a hard copy of the pre authorization in the mail, messaged my doctor to try and speed the process along, and was STILL told the "system" said I needed a pre authorization.Meanwhile, Walmart filled my prescription and had me in and out in less than 5 minutes.I guess their "system" didn't need a pre authorization.

Disappointed in United Supermarket. They always find ways to get your money and not deliver products. They have hamburger meat listed foe $3.97 a pound, good deal. But they put it in 10lb rolls only. So you have to pay nearly $40 , for it. I only wanted 3-4 pounds. Ripped off. Not fissure if it's United that's does this or who. But with money si tight maybe they need to rethink this.

Delivered wrong prescription & when I called the pharmacy the pharmacist told me that I had been getting that prescription. I had proof that it was not the same. That was very scary to me as it could of hospitalized me or worse. I changed pharmacies
