This is the best storage facility in Abilene. I used them when my grandma passed away. And the lady in the office was so compassionate I had to go back to them when my mom passed away. They have great customer service. And take the time to get help you with your needs.

Found this on google very last minute and they had exactly what I needed. The lady was so helpful and friendly. I ended up needing the storage for less time than thought but I would definitely use them again if needed. Storage unit was cleaned out before I loaded things in. Super secure. Gives you a peace of mind. Loved it here.

Impeccable care of the whole facility impresses you first. This sets the tone for my experience here. It is run with courtesy and competence. This atmosphere seems to radiate through fellow users. Running U-Stor with these examples has enabled me, an 80+ year old person, to have no worries whatsoever to store here by myself. I am quite willing to promote this unit and company.
