Called for info, the man was not friendly at all and was pretty short with me and just rude. He actually hung up on me and never let me finish asking a question. Then when I try to call back, goes straight to voicemail

Amazing people. They went above and beyond to help me and my family out at 3AM on Thanksgiving Day. We were stuck on the freeway. Triple A has nothing on these guys! God bless these good people. I'm definitely saving this number. My family and I travel from west Texas to east alot. So we were far from home.

The first time I went there was when I had put a tire on a rim but could not air it up. So I stop there and it took them 2min to air it up. I was not even charge for it... The second time I took a mower tire that I could not get it to air up and a flat fixed. The guy was already closing and was fixing to leave. So I asked him if he could help us out. He replied I have a service call but I will go ahead and help you out...I will be taking my business there the next time.

If you are looking for honest, reliable and great service, stay away from here. I called them with a roadside flat. They told me they had my correct size tire and it would be $150. I went ahead and used their services because I had my babies in the car and my options were limited. When they arrived at my car, they did not have the correct size tire. They ended up charging me $150 for a tire that was 3-4 sizes too small. I was told I could swing by their location and they would replace it with the correct size. I drove up the first opportunity I had and was told they didn't have my tire, but would write my name and number and call me when they had one. I waited 3.5 weeks and still hadn't received a call. Mind you, I'm still driving on this tire that is several sizes too small. I was told it would hold up until they could get it replaced and it would not be a safety issue. I waited several weeks before writing this review. I tried to give this company the opportunity to replace the tire with the correct one. I ended up having to go and get the tire replaced and spent even more money. The minute I pulled up to the tire center and told them my problem, they immediately informed me of the DOT regulations and that I could have received a fine. I was also told that it wasn't safe to be driving with this size tire and it was actually quite dangerous. They could not believe this company did something like this and hadn't fixed it by now. I ended up spending a little over $200 for two brand new tires. This company shouldn't be in business. They put me on the road in dangerous condition. Not only did they put my babies in danger, but by putting the incorrect size tire on my vehicle, it could have had a domino effect of damage on my car. I hope I can keep another family from experiencing something like this. Shady business.

Had a flat on our way into town from Tuscola. Called several other tire places in town and Triple E came to the rescue! They even fixed our flat for free so we could get back home. Definitely recommend! Quick service, professional and KIND! Thank you for helping when others turned us away!
