“My engine Blew in Abilene and this shop did a great job putting another one in.
Gail knows her stuff as well as her husband Robert.
The only reason it took a bit was due to a Holiday and engine having to be shipped. When I would call they always gave me an update.
They gave me a ride and also delivered my vehichle when it was ready.
A couple weeks later I was worried about water leaking which was just my AC. Again these folks gave me a ride to and from and checked it out without charging me to reassure me everything was ok. David was also a very nice man he drove me home.
I had just forgotten about humidity after living in such a dry area previously.
I feel like this shop is reasonable and fair.
I will be using them again when I need a good mechanic.”

“We have been in and out of multiple shops in attempt to get my daughters VW Tiguan aligned. With the help of a Discount Tire employee he thankfully referred us to this shop. I cant say enough GREAT things about them! The gentleman called me initially to let me know he was committed to getting the issue fixed and even provided documentation at the end to show the percentage of each wheel alignment. The most recent experience my daughter reported her car wouldnt start.. Off to Vernon & Fletcher we go.. They took the extra time to troubleshoot to see what the problem was and fortunately it was a fluke issue.. NO CHARGE! This place is the real deal. Thank yall for your service and getting my daughter back on the road!”

“The transmission on our 2003 Chevrolet Trailblazer felt like it was slipping so I took the blazer to Ronnie Smith Transmission. Chris Smith, the Service Writer told me the worse case scenario cost could be over $3300. He said that he would run a diagnosis check first. The diagnostic check stated that my transmission was working fine and gave me a list of possible mechanical problems for a mechanic to check out. The diagnostic check only cost $169, saving me from spending over $3000. Thank you for your honest business practice.”

“Thanks to the skills and know how, Miers saved us thousands of dollars! We hit a pothole and thought it had broken all the motor and transmission mounts plus the computer indicated a transmission fault. But the mechanic inspected it closely and found that several bolts had sheared off the mounts and he was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost of replacing them, plus the jolt of the pothole had unplugged wires going to the transmission causing the transmission failure!! I’m a new customer for life!! Thank you so much!!”
