“My family and I were stranded with a bad tire after hitting something on the freeway, Wal-Mart couldn't get one lug off so we had to have the car towed to a real tire shop. I called Flores Towing, was told they could get me in about an hour, it was actually a little less. The driver was very friendly, we had the car towed to the other side of Abilene and they only charged me 80 bucks, I was fully expecting to pay around 300 or so. If I lived around Abilene and needed tow service, I wouldn't hesitate to call Flores, great service, thanks so much.”

“Received a call on a Monday from Scott with Arrow Ford. He was very friendly and invited me to come look at the 2024 F150 XLT Texas edition I viewed on the website. I arrived earlier than scheduled to test the waters as this was my first time at Arrow. To my surprise, Scott was ready for me. The truck was already out front by the statue as well. Scott showed off the truck and all it's features very well. The test drive around the town was smooth as glass. Inside Arrow, we got down to business with numbers. We crunched numbers for over an hour maybe more. I was not making it easy, I never do. Scott had Andrew sit down with us so we could go over a few options. We worked things out after another hour of crunching the numbers. Andrew was able to get me further discount with a rebate I had no clue I would qualify for. At this time it was dark outside and the dealership had been long closed. I was shown upstairs and met with Jeff to make it official. Jeff could have easily ran my credit, collected my down payment, and sent me on my way. Instead Jeff went over the in house coverages Arrow offers and gave me these options before we got too far. Some adjustments were made and the plans I wanted were added within my budget. We made the deal around 9:30 at night, making this a 5 hour process. Not once was I rushed nor did I feel I bothered them with the time it took at all. I shook hands with Jeff and met Scott back down stairs. At almost 10 at night he was showing me more features and helping me move things from my trade in. I requested to have the detail done 2 days later which was not a problem at all for them. Scott even took me to work and brought to truck to me before noon. Absolutely amazing purchase experience with the team at Arrow Ford. Looking forward to the oil changes for life and chatting with the team again.”
