“Last week went to buy new tires for my F150. Of course I didn’t want to pay an arm and leg so I took the chance on going to a discount store. I knew better. This store wasted 3 hours of my time leaving me sitting and not even starting my truck but doing oil changes and then putting other vehicles ahead of me. Anyway I digress. So frustrated I left and found myself at Tom’s.
Once there, I was helped by the owner and a new guy. Both were very helpful by making me feel valued and eased my frustration over the whole process. I’m not ignorant to tires but still needed some guidance. Once I had picked my tires they didn’t have them. But promised to have them the next morning and have them installed immediately upon me arriving at my scheduled time.
And they did just what they promised. I did pay a little more than the other store but my time was worth it. Not to mention my peace of mind.”
“I had a slow leak in my left front tire they took it off and checked it out couldn't find the leak they put a new valve stem in for me

“I've used them a couple of times now and had a great experience both times. They were highly recommended to me by our family's in-house construction business's mechanic that fixes all of our heavy machinery. First they replaced an O2 sensor on my son's Nissan Sentra and now it works great. The next time they replaced the fuel pump on my other son's Dodge Ram and also replace the crankshaft as well. And they gave me tips on how to cycle the key a few times before we started up for a smoother start after it's been sitting a while. Both times they were very professional, friendly and informative. I also felt they were reasonably priced, especially after getting an estimate from a different place in town that was almost double what Pitman's was going to charge me. I feel like they're an honest company that does reliable work so I will definitely use them again anytime something breaks on our vehicles.”

“I ran out of fuel in the Sam's parking lot, far from the fuel pumps. I went inside and figured if anyone would know how to help me, it would be the tire guys. The guy at the tire desk was super nice and called someone to help. A guy named Jared (pretty sure he was management based on how nicely he was dressed) came to my aid. He grabbed a Jerry can and siphon and came out to my car and put enough fuel in it to get me to the fuel pump. He was super helpful! He had to tell me that it was him personally helping me, not Sam's, for liability purposes, I'm sure. But I can't rave enough on how awesome he was! He was so helpful, especially in 104° temperatures. The man deserves some kind of accolades and recognition! He wouldn't let me pay him, so I hope Sam's will take notice of this incredible employee!”
