When customers ask to hold merchandise they write down phone numbets. So why ?? Don't use it to call their customers as a friendly reminder of the time is about to expire and the merchandise is being returned to the shelf ??? Its pointless to write down customers information if the staff is not going to use it.

Great place to find used to look new clothes and they go by month dates as what is on sale. What a great way to keep inventory of when merchandise was put on the floor.
