I'm sure it's a nice place...however, it's pouring rain...I paid at the pump for the convenience of not getting out in the rain...and on top of that...I have two children in the car. Fortunately I have one old enough to stay in the car. I had to go inside to get my receipt. Why not keep the paper loaded or whatever it is they have to do. It would be a nightmare for someone to have to take kids inside in the rain just to get a receipt. And yes, I need my receipt.

Usually they have a large variety of items, but tonight hardy anything was stocked. The register doesn't ring up the sale items correctly and the clerk had no clue what was on sale. When the sign on the shelf and the price on the app show 2 for $3 then I shouldn't be charged $2.09 each. And buy one get one free doesn't mean full price for one and $0.54 for the second. If you shop here, be prepared to be overcharged.

Went in for a couple of drinks. Found that "Pumpkin Spice" latte was not working. Contacted employee, they checked with people in back, said they would fix it in a couple of minutes. Watched as "Manager" returned from an outside location with drinks for staff. Watched as 2 other customers came in and tried cappucino/latte machine, all flavors put out only hot water. After 35 minutes I approached the counter with a soda, handed the cappucino cup to the cashier, and told her about my wait. She spoke to "manager," who walked to machine, and pronounced that it was working. I said, it just dispenses hot water, and she said that they had "just" received a shipment of product, and had not had time to unload it. I also saw that several of the cup trays were empty, and lids were empty in the soda area. This place needs a new Manager!

Worst food in a Stripes I've ever had. If you go west a couple more hours, most of the Stripes are packed at breakfast and lunch. This one is DEAD.Seriously the food is always bad. Service is usually decent, but I know huge rules are being broken by employees at all times. This place is like a teenager run daycare...

Used to get food here al.ost every day because of how cheap it was, now costs just as much or more than going to eat at a restaurant, no more stripes lunch for me
