Just cause staff did not like what I have to say about their assumption on a tabc license and id requirement. I still provided the Id as requested before I made my statement. To refuse service due to your employee’s power trip guess isn’t worth my $500+ weekly expenses usually spent at this location. Probably doesn’t mean much but this store appears to be poorly managed.

This place has horrible service. Walked in today to order tacos from the Laredo Taco counter. I ordered 2 Gran Tocino Tacos. The lady said that they were out of bacon. I went ahead and ordered 2 Carne asada tacos. She then responded saying carne guisada. I said no Carne Asada tacos and pointed to the sign above. At that point the guy next to her commented saying they also didn't have that in a snarky tone. I pointed to the sign saying that it's on the sign. At that point the guy went off on a random rant telling me "I have signs all thru my store of items that I should have but I don't." I told you we don't have those tacos available". He said that on the most condescending tone. Loud enough that the whole store is now looking at him and I. All because I ordered 2 things that were on his menu. As a consumer if you don't have it, just say we don't have it but this is what we have. Instead he fired off on a customer. I was so flustered and embarrassed that I said " you don't have to effing yell at me because you do t have items". He then proceeded to ask me out of his store. I have never been more embarrassed because I wanted to order items off a menu. I can't help he doesn't have anything. I will never set foot on a stripes/ 7-11 or Laredo Taco Company location for the rest of my life. The sad thing about this whole interaction was that the guy who did this was the General Manager. I believe his name tag said johnathan/ General manager. He seemed so proud of asking me out of his store. For what? All because I ordered something from the menu he did not have. The Store leadership had a bad attitude and set tone for his employees. His interaction essentially taught his employees that it was ok to act like this. The general manager set a dangerous precedent today at 12:45pm. He almost seemed proud to kick me out. I challenge anyone from the Stripes corporation that reads this review to pull video footage of todays time and date stamp to see this. Maybe antibody can as having a bad day. Maybe he had a few bad customers before me and was fed up. All I did was ask for 2 tacos. I will make sure when anyone asks me of Stripes/Laredo Taco Company to tell them of this interaction and horrible interview. By default I have to give this place a one star. I wish I could give this location 0 stars.

Fountain drinks were not good- carbonated water hardly any syrup. Not up to normal Stripes standards.

I just moved into the area and I was in there the other day I had a very bad experience with one of the associates her name was Katie she was very loud, rude, very open minded about herself. She was helping a customer with a purchase of tobacco and said she smokes a lot of pot and she recommended the swishers. The store was clean and the other girl was friendly. The bathrooms were a plus as well and looked like a very clean environment except for the one staff member I don’t think I will be back up there and neither will my wife or kids.

Stopped in for drinks. This is my usual stop and it has always been a pleasant experience. Girl behind the counter with tattoos on her face is super rude... then gave me attitude when I said I didn't need a bag. Super rude. Again usually this stripes is a pleasant stop. Must have been a bad night or she just doesn't care.

There was no deli food at all in the deli and alot of the refrigerator shelves was empty. Assistant Manager Jonathan just stared at me when I asked for help! Please fix this Stipes!

The customer service has always been top notch here, however the food is atrocious. The eggs in the tacos are so runny that they leave a puddle of goo anywhere you sit them, wouldn't hurt to cook them a bit longer.

This location is the worst. Foods never cooked right, bathrooms always bad. Today someone with the initials CB "checked" the bathroom at 3 p.m. and its 2:20 p.m. they can travel through time I guess. And it was still dirty and unstocked.
