Went into the store for help with a screen protector swap this morning, but James went out of the way to make the process not only efficient, but super pleasant. They took a few extra moments to make sure the protector was smooth and bubble-free because I casually mentioned that I disliked how flaws in screen protectors tended to distract me. Bri interacted with me as well and was also really nice. Everyone at this location is always great and easy to work with.

To start: I called Bri- Associate Manager- and asked her about 3,000 questions. She was SO helpful and patient with me! She went to another store to get the phones I wanted because they weren't in stock there. (She EVEN loaned me her jacket because I was FREEZING.) James was my sales associate--- LET ME TELL YOU, he was so patient. I had messed up my previous online order and he did everything in his power to get me in and taken care of. At one point I wanted to buy a phone case and EVEN THE district manager wanted to help them look. I was over the moon with my experience today as a whole! THANK YOU TEAM!

I switched from Verizon after numerous bad experiences. It was very refreshing to get helpful folks who were respectful, hygienic,and able to get me in and out through the door. If you're looking for a place in abilene with good service and better customer service, this is the destination.

Can remember the young men’s name came in today and I believe he had redes hair. He was awesome never had such a pleasant experience in T-Mobile but thanks to him for everything even letting me know about T-Mobile Tuesday app

I don’t write reviews often but wanted to share a really positive customer service encounter with a young lady at this location named Brenda. I came in wanting to switch service from two ATT lines and Red Pocket plan to a TMo family plan. Because I opened all my phones and had not purchased any of them thru those service providers, I incorrectly but confidently assumed they were all unlocked when giving Brenda the details to port numbers over. When the new SIM cards did not work one of the most painful series of customer service experiences with ATT ensued. Brenda stuck with me for close to two hours in the store, giving me guidance as to what to ask and how to attempt to communicate with the ATT representatives. My locked phones did not get resolved before the store closing and I was set to go out of town the following day. Brenda gave me her mobile number so she could continue helping me get service switched over even while I was away and couldn’t make it back into the store. A week later after getting my phones unlocked finally she absolutely responded to my plea for help via text and got me all setup quickly and via text message! She totally went above and beyond to help me and could not have been more patient and helpful thru a frustrating time getting switched. Thank you Brenda and the Clack Street TMobile team

Attempted twice today to sell me a new phone because their Sim card wouldn't work anymore in my current phone. Thank God for "tall man", he saved me money by actually figuring out what the issue was and not attempting to sell me a new phone. The 2 stars are for you bro, the lack of the rest are for tattoo lady.

Super slow service on a Saturday only 7 member of staff . Only 1 helping customers. 20mins later 2 staff had to help 1 customer. 1 staff put up a poster then disappeared. 1 more staff went into back with a drink and never came back out again.

The sales person (Allison) was very knowledgeable about the phone I was buying she was very patient in explaining to me the way the phone worked. If all of T Mobile representatives are like the ones at the T Mobile store I visited then you have a winner. As for my visit it is earns a 10 twice over
