Customer satisfaction was not great. I as the customer pick a stylist that showed that she was ready but ended up waiting 30 min I cancel at the shop and left. Hopefully styles can be more flexible or more efficient in the customers waiting period. Manager should have talked to the customer to see if another option was prefer to him.

My son and I have been to this location a number of times. When QuiQui is working, we are attended to in a timely fashion and as shown in the order on both the online wait list and the board even though we request her. The two times that we have come in when she is not here we accept 'first available' but are constantly moved down the list and wind up waiting for people who come in and are not even on the board. We will not return to this location.

Absolutely f@caked up my hair showed them a pic and cut it three times shorter if you want to get a good cut go to a guy barber they will never see me back here
