This is my second visit and purchase from Sleeping Giant and again, I recommend them. Richard juggles a lot managing that store along with sales. I'm not sure how he does it but store visitors are always greeted so at least they know they're in a que for sales service after he helps the customer before them. That makes a huge difference between being ignored and the potential customer giving up and moving to another place to shop. Lucky me, I've been there each time with prompt 1st in line service from Richard. This will be my 3rd mattress purchase. I'm a new resident to the Big Country and just finished building my new house in rural Jones Co. I specifically came back to Sleeping Giant because of the good service from Richard.

Very happy with our bed, and the sales team is second to none, ask for Richard, 2 years after our purchase and on an out of state move we lost track of our plugin cord, usually you blown off after 2 years but not with Richard, we have problem resolved James & Meri

Richard was awesome helping us get our kids a new bed.. will certainly be going back here again. The whole team there was pleasant to talk to and was very sweet to our twin daughters as we were finishing up with our purchase. Kids are excited for their new bed to arrive.. Thank you guys.

This place is super nice. We needed a new mattress but did not really know what we needed. He asked several questions and showed three mattresses. He answered all our questions. Didn’t try to up sale and I believe he sold us exactly what we needed. Super nice and it was late and I’m sure he was ready to go home, but we would never know it.

Great service for one, along with great prices, and the taking of the old mattress and box spring off our hands made the whole transition smooth. I love the heck out of our new mattress and box spring. We'll be coming back!

We had previously purchased a mattress from Sleeping Giant that failed quickly. They took very good care of us by replacing our mattress at no cost. They were prompt and courteous. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
