As always Christie and Stephanie were very accommodating and helpful as I decided which Sleep Number blanket would best fit my needs. I settled on the queen size plush blanket and look forward to receiving the blanket. Visiting the Sleep Number store in Abilene is always a pleasure. Thank you.

We needed new pillows. The ones we have are no longer available, but they were able to get us the ones that were close to what we had. They both have layers, so we were able to adjust the height of the pillow to be the most comfortable for us.

Worst ever experience with a retail store. Salesperson was clearly under trained and spoke so fast with his greeting we had to ask him to repeat what he said. Told us upfront beds all came with remote and cell phone app ability but failed to mention we would have to purchase the remote...REALLY, on a bed that makes its reputation on being able to adjust it, you have to purchase the item you need to make it work separately...I would have walked out of the store within seconds had I known, instead after spending 1.5 hours in the store it was a surprise charge at the end when the guy was writing up the order (for the 3rd time I might add)....AND, to top it all off, he actually sold us the wrong mattress, which I didn't even realize until I went to change sheets! I'm so disappointed with the entire fiasco I haven't even been back to the store to complain about the wrong mattress...guess I should be grateful I wasn't charged for the more expensive bed. Needless to say, this is one mattress that won't make it through the 100 day trial period!

Representatives in the store are very responsive, professional, and nice. However, be careful of all the details! I was told I had 100 nights and could exchange or do whatever I needed to achieve my best sleep. I was convinced, I needed a dual chamber bed, but I don’t. Now I’m told it will cost me an unknown fee to exchange the dual chamber for a single chamber, and that I cannot do it for 30 days. Also, if I exchange, I will not have the 100 nights to try the bed. The sale will be absolutely final! Also, if I return and re-purchase, they can’t tell me if I have the 100 nights to try the new single chamber bed, or how much it will cost me for them to take the replacement bed out. Lots of details, lots of hidden fees, and lots of information that was missing during purchase. Have to keep the duo chamber bed for 30 days. Ouch, back and hips! Very disappointed!!!

Great visits twice! Stephane helped us with lying on beds with different mattresses, answered any question, did not "push" us to buy and did everything right to insure that we were making a good investment. Delivery scheduled for next week and we are looking forward to the great event.

Cliff is an experienced salesman who knows the product inside and out. He was definitely one of the main reasons why I purchased the bed I did.I would recommend him and Sleep Number to everyone.

They obviously don't have any customer service. Waited 3 weeks for a delivery. Received 1 phone call on day of delivery from delivery driver, everything was loaded and good to go. Removed our bed, and made sure everything was ready. Received another call from customer support, saying delivery was canceled and I needed to reschedule, but nothing available when it was convenient for me. Canceled entire order. I don't need that frustration. And they weren't concerned about getting my money

After my order was placed and the bed was payed for my delivery was delayed over a month. When it finally came the pump was defective and the new bed was scheduled for delivery 3 weeks later. On the day the replacement was scheduled for delivery they called and said there was a glitch and the delivery would be in 2 more weeks. When I asked why it was taking so long I was told that's just the way it is and they disconnected. Can't speak for the quality of the bed itself as I am still waiting but the customer service and delivery times are terrible.
