“I have not had the opportunity to meet Brian Thomas or use his repair services. BUT The reason for this review is because my long-time good friend and Master Boot and Saddle Maker passed away last year. I have several pair of custom boots from him and I won't let Just Anyone work on them for heel caps and half-soles. Before my friend passed, I asked him where I should go - Who could I trust. Without hesitation, he said Brian Thomas in Abilene, TX. I haven't needed boot repair yet, but when I do, I can't wait to make a road trip to Abilene. It will be a full day trip for us, but you do what you must when you want good care for your fine leather wear.”

I walked in looking for something very specific and not exactly easy to find, and he found me exactly what I was looking for in the perfect size for me. And on top of that the pair of jeans he sold me was a very decent price! He was just so helpful, so incredibly kind and respectful. Whatever he’s making it’s not enough!! lol.
