Picked out a pair of shoes today and went to the counter to checkout. A grey headed lady with a ponytail asked if I was ready I said yes. She took the one shoe said I’ll bb. She never came back. I waited 10min and then I just left. I still don’t know what happened to her.

My daughter bought a pair of boots, after wearing them for 2 days... the zipper quit working. When I returned them to the store, I was told I couldn't return them... because they had been worn?!? How are you supposed to know if there is a defect, if you don't wear them?? After a bit, I was issued a refund. When I got home and looked at thereceipt, I discovered I was not refunded the amount I paid. I contacted the store, and corporate, to never hear anything from either?! Horrible customer relations... I will definitely be steering clear of ANY Shoe Dept in the future!! Very poor business practices!!!

Walk with Pride back-to-school shoe program has been going on since the 80s. This is for kids in Headstart/Preschool through 5th grade. Through the generosity of the Abilene Association of Realtors, hundreds of kids will be helped with brand new back-to-school shoes this fall!
