“I work out of town and have to use UPS often. Had a package delivered to the store in a Saturday . I was concerned it would not be delivered by closing time and would have to wait until Monday. I called the store and a kind lady answered her name was Megan or Morgan she said she was not sure what time my package would be delivered to the store but she would be on the look out for it . 15 minutes later she gives me a call and tells me my package has been delivered. I could not believe that she actually took the time to let me know it had arrived. When I arrived she greeted me with a smile and remembered my name . Excellent customer service.”
“I visit almost every day to pick up packages from my company, and the employees are professional, courteous, and friendly almost like a cult.....JK, but seriously a great place for making copies, printing from your thumb drive (all self-serve) getting big prints made from your photos. I've seen large print jobs handled here too”
“It seems like we have had a delivery almost every day this month. a lot of it was very heavy. We have had three different drivers during this time and I am sorry that I can only remember the name of one, his name was Randy. Regardless of the weather, these young men went above and beyond the call of duty. Not one thing was damaged and they helped us get things out of the weather. “I personally want to Thank all employees at n Mail on industrial in Abilene Texas for all their help in trying to help my daughter and I retrieve a package containing my daughter’s medical supplies delivered to the wrong address in Ft Worth Tx by Fed ex.
Fed ex was extremely hard to talk to anyone about this. Got the run around from Fed ex for several weeks. I did not put ins on package worth $800.i didn’t think of it trying to get her supplies to her at the time. Fed ex made me go back to Pack n Mail to file thru them to be able to file for $100. These employees at Pack n Mail filed for us to receive the minimum ins on package that was definitely delivered not even close to her residence. We have pics of front of house her medical supplies were delivered to her. Which caused hardship on her.
Again a BIG THANK YOU to All EMPLOYEES @ PACK N MAIL for all their kindness and COMPASSION getting a refund on this delivery.
I know mistakes are made but it was the way Fed ex handled or should I say didn’t handle on this delivery. Fed ex emp were rude and stories changed every time I would finally get an actual person to talk to. Very disappointed in Fed ex..
But so thankful for Employees at Pack n Mail!!!! ♥️”
