The people at our local Sherwin Williams store are always friendly and helpful. It is also nice that they always keep their sample color cards fully stocked. This time I had some large plastic tubs of paint my contractor left. I really don't have room for them, and they weren't completely full, but I knew that to put them in smaller containers, the paint needed to be mixed well. One of the guys went to my car, got the containers, put them in the mixing machines, and then put them back in my car. That was so much easier than me trying to make sure they were all mixed! Wish I'd gotten his name. So glad we have a good Sherwin Williams paint store in Abilene!

The Industrial location has been amazing. Even though I buy often I only get quart sizes, but they are just as helpful as if I were a contractor buying gallons a day. I am signed up for emails with sales deals. They have been quick and friendly, and will mix and hold paint for me till the next day, just with me calling on the phone. Not to mention after trying so many brands, their products are superior in my experience. Highly recommend.

These guys really stepped up to the plate for me. I brought in some really odd ball paint, that wasn't their brand, and asked them to match it. An hour later, I had 3 gallons of an industrial paint that was better than what I brought in, and it was a perfect match. He did a great job and it was exactly what I needed. I will definitely come back for all my painting needs.

The girl who waited on me was about as friendly as a barracuda. I’ll never go back to the on on industrial Blvd I’ll try the other one if they aren’t any friendly or more helpful I’ll go somewhere else

The associate acted as if he was very inconvenienced by doing a color match for me. I have painted almost my entire house and all of the paint was purchased from Sherwin Williams -LOTS of $$ spent in that store and I was somewhat offended by his attitude
