While I appreciate the speed of the service and the kindness of the staffā¦they definitely charge for everything. Including using the magnetic thing to get that cat eye look on the nail Polish. I got a manicure and pedicureā¦the pedicure was ok. I might be back, i donāt get my nails done very often though, this was just a special treat i got a gift card to here. Picture for how my nails looked leaving. Didnāt really do anything for my cuticles, but the color is really cute. For the price i guess I expected more.

Very thorough & Efficient. It was very clean in the Salon and the Staff was so friendly. They offered wine, soda & water. Every person that walked by our pedicure chair while they set up asked if we needed anything. Just fantastic customer service.

Iāve been going to Sexy Nails since they first opened their doors in Abilene. I have always had great service! They treat me like family and I know everybody that works there! They are willing to try new things and will find the right person in the salon to do what youāre asking if it isnāt your nail techās area of expertise. I leave happy every time I visit because they treat me well and take time to figure out what I truly want! Justin and Jared, the owners, want their customers to be happy with their work. Super important for clients to connect with them if they are dissatisfied with any service they receive.

Got a pedi today which Iāve done at this same location at least 3 dozen times. Person doing them ignored me when I walked into the pedi area and didnāt look up until another worker said something. Then wouldnāt use the color I selected, made me pick a new color, complained that I didnāt get the more expensive shellac and said next time I need to. Then when I asked for a simple flower said no and then presented me with stickers. I said no and by that time I just wanted to leave. When I said I was unhappy I got eye rolls and a half hearted weāll fix it. Was going to get my nails done but now Iām never going back. I wasnāt asking for anything crazy, all I asked for is just basic services. I got home and was crying because my nails are effed and I didnāt deserve to be treated like that. (Stupid I know, but all I wanted was to do something nice for myself and now itās ruined). Just go somewhere else.

Used to go here pretty regularly. Me, my sisters and my mom went recently. It was awful. People were rude, didn't do half of the stuff on the pedicure list. Wanted to argue about what kind of polish was previously on my toes. (They were trying to say it was shellac and wanted to charge more, I painted them myself it was regular polish) will never be returning. Older guy was rude to my mom and then wouldn't stop complimenting her, it's odd.

First time I went the guy was rude and seemed quite put out. The nails were okay except for one pinky nail which was blatantly crooked. They were not shaped well or at least as requested. I thought maybe he was having a bad day, gave them a second attempt. Different person this time, but quality was worse than first time. Again, one pinky nail is crooked, the nails have indentations on every nail. They are not shaped well on one hand, corners are sharp and not at all what I was asking for and 3 nails were actually glued to my skin. All this took over 2 hours to accomplish! I dared not correct woman (possibly named Anna) doing nails for fear I would extend my length of stay by another 2 hours and besides having an event to attend, I didn't want to spend ALL day Saturday at a nail salon! The language barrier is awful. If only 1 person in the business can speak / understand English, then only one person should be doing nails. I will not go back and even though I just had these done yesterday, I will find someone to remove these and do what I ask tomorrow. I paid good money for that lesson to be learned. From now on, I won't. Avoid the shop unless you're just a glutton for punishment like I used to be.

I went today and while my experience wasn't unpleasant, my nails look nothing like what I asked for and my request was pretty basic. I showed a picture and it seems to have been completely disregarded. I had to ask for the white to be cut shorter because they looked ridiculous at the length they were supposed to be. I am very disappointed in them, which stinks because he did a very good job at doing my nails. He just completely butchered the design of them.
