“This school is a gem for the city of Abilene. My granddaughter has been attending St John's since pre K. She is now in second grade and has just thrived there. She learned to read virtually overnight; however, what I have really noticed is how polite and kind she is to everyone. She is learning far more than the "three R's" at St John's.I live out of town and recently visited my family in Abilene. I went to chapel at St John's and then spent a few minutes visiting my granddaughter's class and a third grade class, taught by my daughter, who recently left public school teaching.I am a former teacher; my sister is a teacher. I had two aunts who were teachers, so I believe I can objectively say: St John's is a very special school.”

“My daughter has been going here for about a month and a half. It's our first daycare experience and took her a while to adjust. Everyone we encounter knows her name and comforts her when she gets upset. They were patient with her when she was struggling to adjust. I get messages and pictures. Good price for the area.”

“Our son goes to DNA on Vine and we absolutely love it there! We came from base CDC nightmare and are so so thankful to be at DNA! We honestly got lucky that there was a spot that opened up with being on the list and not being able to get in anywhere else. We now don’t want to be anywhere else. They welcomed our son with so much kindness and it has been an amazing experience from day one. Amanda and her girls are incredible at what they do and we only have positive things to say about DNA! Our son loves his teachers and already in the next room with same great experience and love for his teachers Pinny and Maliyah. We know he’s happy when he goes to them with open arms and smiles as soon as we drop him off, it is such a great feeling to know your baby is taken care of while we’re at work. Highly recommend any of the DNA facilities.”

“We didn't have to wait on a wait list to get our 17 month old in, which was a huge blessing because every other day care in town has a wait list, and I'm pretty sure they are not even keeping track on who is on it, because we have been on almost all of them for almost 8 months. I was nervous at first, because she had never been to a day care. It was your typical baby response, sad and angry at first, but now I feel like she is thriving. All the teachers know her by name when we come in the morning and the director is very nice and very knowledgeable! I like that they update you on the app throughout the day and even send pictures. They do cute activities, and they get fed throughout the day, which I love because it means I don't have to pack lunch or snacks. There have been a few incidents, like my daughter fell and scraped her knee, but they handle it pretty well imo. You have to sign a paper that shows when and what happened and how it was handled, and the director is informed. Also sometimes they don't register that she is there until awhile later, and I just wait sometimes in the parking lot until they do because they check in the toddlers under 2 I think, while over 2 year olds parents sign them in on a tablet. I know they are busy in the mornings , but i can't just wait for long because I go to work. You can speak directly with the director though the app or with the director and teacher though, so sometimes I just ask them to check her in and they do it. I trust the girls here and they accept CCS which is great for us! My daughter is almost 2 now and she has been learning things there that we didn't teach her, like her ABC's song and counting to 20 ! I also like their hours of operation. I am glad we found Tina and her staff. We really appreciate y'all so much. I highly recommend this day care :) End of the story, i trust them with my baby. That's all that matters.”

“My daughter has been here since she was 4/5 months old and all I can say it’s clear fromMy daughters behavior she is super happy. Everyone there is super accommodating. Thomas is so kind and Dianna is always there with an answer whenever I need one. The teachers are great with the babies and easy to talk to. I love that I can see what my daughter is doing at any time of day and if I get super anxious and want to see how she’s doing the will always respond to my crazy ramblings. Thank you guys!”

“I went to elementary school here from 1986 till 1990. Crockett Crocodiles.. Back then it was a pretty cool school and a totally safe neighborhood. My mother also went to school here back in the early 50s. One of our family homes was right around area and i have great memories of that school and the whole area there around Catclaw Creek. Im so glad to see its being used as a school again as it was not being used for quite a few years there. This school is a historic piece of old Abilene and in my opinion should remain a part of the local memory for as long as possible.”
