Prices aren't even great. Cheaper and better quality meat at HEB. But the real decision maker in me canceling my membership today was having to show my membership card at the door every time when you can't checkout without it anyway. For $50 / year this place ain't worth it.

Great place to shop for groceries. tires I think it'd be best to go somewhere else takes hour and a half just to take two tires and rims off the truck. I believe what it is is the management of tire shop.

Soda machines had no water. Bought 2 combos with drinks and was told I needed to buy water out of the vending machind if I wanted water with the pizza.

The scan and go is operational, folks! Love going shopping here. It's like a great big store with everything you could want. Wait! It is. Love the new shushi bar and the great pre-made options too.

Amazon’s and Costco is a better option. Why do the food staff move so slow, 20-30 min wait for pizza? Half the line left!!! It’s disrespectful. Hire younger kids, not older lazy ones who don’t care. This is a job for young people who are moving on after this and are motivated.
Can corporate make sure there’s adequate parking for handicap instead of rows for pick up? There’s several of us handicap using them to park. There’s one person working customer service and we are waiting forever. Finally asked for assistance since staff wouldn’t.

Bought tires they said were in stock on a Thursday, turns out they didn’t have the tires in stock. Set an appointment for Wednesday at 10 am to install and it’s currently been 2.5 hrs and no installation. Would not buy tires here

I tried their sushi yesterday and was disappointed. Though it had good taste, there wasn't enough rice, and they fell apart easily. Also, they were thinly sliced, so there were more or so it seemed.

It's gotten alright. They started checking membership, so bugging customers for no reason. My rationale is: 1: You can't check out without a membership, no the registers do the check for them. 2: All they look at is the card, so you can get in without a valid membership.
So all this does is slow down entry and annoy your customers.

I usually avoid Sam's Club on the weekends bc it's so full of people in a hurry, but it was unavoidable. I had my list, went to the areas of the required items, paid and left. In and out as quickly as possible. We filled our gas tank at $3.03 per gallon and drove home! Woohoo. An overall good experience!
