Standing in massive line today normally I love Ross. The alarm has been going off 20 minutes when asked the cashier with a flip attitude says you just get use to it don't have time to fix it ..lol

Big sign says use their Ross credit card and get a 10% discount. I used my card for the first time. Nope, no discount, something about an email. I showed the cashier's the emails, 2 that came with the new card. Still, no discount. Some run around about needing a code. Well, they need to print THAT really big on their huge sign inside the store.

I Love ROSS!! My only complaint is the lack of selection for sizes large and up. I feel as though they could have a better more diverse selection for plus sizes. There is a minimal selection of size large and extra large in women's clothes. But I still give Ross five stars because the store is awesome and the prices are very reasonable.
