BEWARE OF THIS BUSINESS!!!! I came to get a pedicure and enjoy pampering and relaxation but instead received the worst pedicure ever!!! First of all I told the woman that my heels needed extra attention then she motioned for me to put my feet in the water that was extremely too hot. After getting my feet acclimated she began to work on my toes. She started clipping my toe nails and nicked my right foot twice to the point that my toe was bleeding. I asked her to stop because she wouldn’t leave them alone. Afterwards she takes my left foot and does the same thing. She nicked my big toe as well as my third toe on my right as the left. At this point I’m telling her to leave my toes alone and to work on my heels. So, she rinses my toes and sprays alcohol on them which caused me to almost leap out of my seat. I demanded her to leave my toes alone!!! So she did and began to work on my heels and instead scraped my ankle bone. I paid and left but shouldn’t have. I missed work the next day because I couldn’t put on full covered shoes. So, I went back to Rose’s to show her my feet and to ask if they could put gel polish on my toes at a later time, after they were healed. They refused to do it for free and said I had to pay. The owner denied responsibility. She refused to offer anything for such poor service and my injuries. I ADVISE EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS!!!!!!!

I am interested in nail design so i'm quite picky in choosing qualified nail salon. I come to this place last month. I'm so impressed with the nail art the staff did for me. It's so beautiful and creative, my nails now are so unique and eye-catching???.

This is the second time I have been to this salon. After going to the same person for 9 years they got sloppy and needed to change. I have been very happy with my services here and will continue to go back. The lady that’s done my nails on both occasions was super sweet and did exactly what I requested. Quick yet efficient.

I updated to a generous 3 star because they responded and offered to fix however I am choosing to not go back.Worst pedicure ever. Was supposed to be a 55 minute pedicure. It was 45 minutes max. Cold water, terrible massage. Rushed. It was a complete waste of money.

So far the best nail salon I found in Abilene. It's more expensive than anywhere else. It cost $138 (before tip) for a pedicure and a full set which is the reason for 4 stars. Also took a long time. I was there almost 2 hours. Quality is on point so I'll be back for sure.

Very bad experience! I am a guy that went in for a simple manicure/pedicure. The pedicure went well but I was slightly concerned during the cuticle cutting process. The tech moved extremely fast as if she was in a hurry or on a timer.When it came to my manicure, the nightmare started. The tech moved even faster and specifically the cuticle cutting portion again. The tech cut my right middle finger first and it started to bleed. She paused for a second and continued to work on the same finger. She moved to my right ring finger and cut that one as well. This pattern continued on my right and left hands. Overall, both thumbs and a total of four additional fingers were cut and bled. She never slowed down and continued to rush through the job. I paid and left. Two days later my fingers are still in pain and its tough to do daily tasks as I we normally perform. I have been watching the healing process to insure there is no infection. This is BEYOND unsatisfactory and I will not refer anyone here in the future.

Rose Nail has wonderful customer service. Always happy with my dipping powder nails. I love all the pedicure options and it’s always the best. They go the extra mile and make your creative ideas become reality! My nails come out exactly how I want them , and I never have any issues!

I’ve never had a worse experience with a nail technician before until today. My friend got a very nice and experienced nail tech but the lady doing my nails cut so far down my cuticles, four of my fingers wouldn’t stop bleeding… and every other finger hurt as well because she was cutting my cuticles so fast and haphazardly. She kept dipping my bleeding fingers into liquid chemicals and pouring more on while dabbing my fingers harshly with cloth, to try and stop the bleeding, it did not stop. I was on the verge of tears and left before I could get color on all of my nails. Thankfully, she said I didn’t have to pay, after I told her I wouldn’t pay for a full manicure since I got terrible service and I didn’t even have color on my nails like I wanted, since she wiped it off because I wasn’t happy with the color. I couldn’t look her in the face because I was upset and teary eyed, and I don’t even remember her name because I was focusing on the ground, trying to make sure I didn’t cry. I just want to write this review to urge people to be careful and not let someone man handle your hands like I did, because my fingers still throb and now I don’t want to go back. I hope she was just having an off day and I’m the only person that was treated this way and even if I did remember her name, I wouldn’t want to put her on blast but… Please be careful. I’m sure there are wonderful technicians here but I had a horrible experience and I don’t want to get my nails done again.

Couldn’t be happier with the service at Lovelee Nail & Hair. The owner and all the staff are phenomenal! Always clean and professional! Not to mention they always do a great job matching any color or design requests I ask!! If your looking for a great nail salon this is the place to go!!

I always come here and actually haven't been back in a year. The place has been updated inside and it's so beautiful.
I always receive such good service here. They are so kind and thorough on my pedis. They don't rush the service and overall just really care about your relaxing moment.
This is definitely my forever spot to go to.
