Love this place. Love how you walk in and feels like family. I've read some comments that didn't like the friends, family and kids around but that is one of the reasons I go. One of these days one of them kids is going to take over and I'm going to be the old person saying I've known them since they was running around the office snot nose and all hahaha. I go here cause we don't just do taxes we talk about work and life. And even with all that don't get me wrong she still will go over and double check triple check before submitting form to make sure everything is correct and your receiving the best amount back. So thanks to you guys for being as caring as each one of you are.

This place is very unprofessional. These ladies are very ghetto. They do not practice IRS regulations. Filing a report with the CFPB and making IRS aware of practices. This place needs to be investigated.

Unreliable, and unprofessional. They never answer the phone. Had to go up there 5 different times to finish our taxes. There was problem after problem and I still havent seen any of my tax return. Never going back.

Service is great when you can get it in. They have a closed, will return at 1:30 sign. Never showed up. There are no hours posted. I'm limited on my time. Once you get in its very unprofessional. So many distractions with friends, family and kids popping in and talking. Love the owner and her service is great but environment is not business like.
