Just rented a uhaul dolly, the kind woman at front desk made everything super easy and quick for pickup. Helped with the hookup to.
Be sure to check your tow vehicle as mine is a 6 to 4 pin. Got one at AutoZone on way out of town.

We had a U-Haul trailer pick up here. The young lady made it so easy by having a jack under the trailer so we could back up without heavy lifting.
Katie was so nice and friendly she checked all the paperwork and hook up before we pulled out. The big U-Haul store in Abilene many times is too crowded with long waits so we liked this location much better. Katie also made this a great experience.

Becky and team at Radical Rides bring customer service back to renting a Uhaul. I had tried to rent from the Big Uhaul dealer in town, but they just treated me like a number and moving through customers. They didn't have the tow dolly I wanted and didn't suggest a change in equipment to what they had, just passed me along to Uhaul Traffic Center to get my reservation. I was assigned Radical Rides and so glad I was. Becky was great and made sure everything was as needed. She did great at making sure I new the ends and outs of the tow dolly! Clean truck and great customer service!
