As always great service, this was for a 2009 Honda Pilot, seeing one of the dreaded warning lights, this was the battery light all lit up. Techs properly diagnosed the problem and had them replace alternator and serpentine belt. These repairs will also help with long term maintenance. Runs smoother and this also fixed a problem with the battery not getting charged. Quick turnaround, kudos for the fast friendly service!

As always, service and repairs were performed efficiently and masterfully. Supply chain problems from suppliers and manufacturers really slowed the process, but once parts were available, repairs were quick and spot on.

I recently moved to the area and was searching for a true Porsche shop in the Abilene region and everyone pointed me to Procter. Sure enough I can see why, they were meticulous in a repair that required some work to remove the dash in my Porsche 944 and along with some regular maintenance. Jimmy and his team were great to work with and love that Billy is a Porsche fanatic like I am, he truly cares about all of the work performed. They are now my shop to go here. Thank you for getting me back on the road for my trip!

This last auto repair my husband and I had was actually the second time Proctor Automotive and staff went above and beyond to fix our issue! We called to book the most recent repair the week of Independence Day and were informed they would be booked until the next Monday. They even recommended another mechanic which was so thoughtful but my husband insisted on sticking with Proctor because of our previous experience. They got us in on Monday and called with updates every step of the way. We highly recommend Proctor Automotive for your auto repair needs!

I brought in my daughter's 2022 BMW. X5 to have some minor repairs made to her engine. This is a super busy shop, so you definitely need to make an appointment, which I had done. The service was quick, professional, and friendly. I had to drive over 120 miles round trip to get to this shop and I'll do it again if I need a good mechanic.
