I've used them a couple of times now and had a great experience both times. They were highly recommended to me by our family's in-house construction business's mechanic that fixes all of our heavy machinery. First they replaced an O2 sensor on my son's Nissan Sentra and now it works great. The next time they replaced the fuel pump on my other son's Dodge Ram and also replace the crankshaft as well. And they gave me tips on how to cycle the key a few times before we started up for a smoother start after it's been sitting a while. Both times they were very professional, friendly and informative. I also felt they were reasonably priced, especially after getting an estimate from a different place in town that was almost double what Pitman's was going to charge me. I feel like they're an honest company that does reliable work so I will definitely use them again anytime something breaks on our vehicles.

Pittman's is the first place I go for ANY issue. Can't tell you how long I've been going there, but I'd tell you I'll never go anywhere else. WiFi password is FamilyDollar all one word case sensitive.

It's how business should be! I originally came to them for my car inspection, yet they were so friendly and welcoming that I went back for my oil change. When I had an issue with a part on my vehicle, they told me their expert opinion, gave me options, and did all the research to find a great price... Then I get a follow up text to see how everything was after installation! It was like taking my vehicle to a friend!

Honest....I went in with a potential problem that according to another mechanic was a$5,000 rebuild. I told Robert and he could have took advantage of my situation. Instead he was honest and found out it wasn't as severe. Charged me honest wages.

Heard good things about this garage..... after calling around, they had the best prices and were very quick to fix my issue and called me back promptly when it was complete. Definitely recommend this place.... I'll be back for sure.

The owners are very helpful and knowledgeable. They will surely help u get the lowest price for your vehicle repairs. The mechanics will walk u through everything so it's a great experience period.. they deserve more than five ⭐'s . Thank them for all they did for my son's car . In and out I love that type of service.. I would recommend them to anyone

I normally do not leave reviews but I felt like the last 2 and a half months have warranted it. I had my car towed to Pittmans because I had been flooded out. It required a new engine. I then had to endure 2 and a half months of no one at Pittmans remembing who I was, who my insurance was, why my car was there or what car I had. It took them almost 3 weeks to even look at my car, just to tell me that it needed a new engine. Then proceeded to never contact me or my insurance about an estimate. When I would call I would have to relay my story every time. I spoke to 3 different people and no on ever remembered me. I didn't exist to this company, and then when I finally do get an estimate they tell me that now they don't have the engine. After 2 and a half months of them never doing anything, I finally had it towed elsewhere. I tried being patient, but I was never helped in the slightest. Go anywhere else, do not take your car here.
