“Thanks to the skills and know how, Miers saved us thousands of dollars! We hit a pothole and thought it had broken all the motor and transmission mounts plus the computer indicated a transmission fault. But the mechanic inspected it closely and found that several bolts had sheared off the mounts and he was able to fix it for a fraction of the cost of replacing them, plus the jolt of the pothole had unplugged wires going to the transmission causing the transmission failure!! I’m a new customer for life!! Thank you so much!!”

“We have been in and out of multiple shops in attempt to get my daughters VW Tiguan aligned. With the help of a Discount Tire employee he thankfully referred us to this shop. I cant say enough GREAT things about them! The gentleman called me initially to let me know he was committed to getting the issue fixed and even provided documentation at the end to show the percentage of each wheel alignment. The most recent experience my daughter reported her car wouldnt start.. Off to Vernon & Fletcher we go.. They took the extra time to troubleshoot to see what the problem was and fortunately it was a fluke issue.. NO CHARGE! This place is the real deal. “I pulled in on 12/18/25 for an oil change on a vehicle I just got. The vehicle oil status was 18 percent. When James checked my oil he noticed that the oil did not need changing at all. The former owner of the vehicle forgot to reset the oil gauge on the vehicle. He said I'm not about to charge you for something you don't need, but I will check your other fluids for you and they were good as well. This is something he did not have to do. He said any other place would of charged you for something you do not need. Oil changes are expensive, and with the holidays and bills he did save me money. I expressed my gratitude and appreciation to him and his co worker for being honest with me. Yes their are still some good people in the world and I think God wanted me to see just that. “This is an excellent selfless company. I help run a nursing home and during this snow storm they were able to deliver us fuel quickly for our generator. They even supplied us with metal drums. This delivery helped us keep power to our resident's and extend a hand to help our employee's and their families, with no source of heat, have a warm place to stay. Eddie and his crew are kind and risked their safety to help. Thank you Eddie and the employees of United Oil and Grease for you're generosity.”
