Absolutely one of the best salons in Abilene! Neal is a fantastic Barber/Hair Stylist and though I can’t personally vouch for her, I’m sure Karli is just a good! I’ve been going to Neal for close to 15 years now, from all the way back when he worked at the David Avery Salon to their own location where they’re currently at and everything in between! I’ve had hair cuts, coloring, and eyebrows done with Neal, never once having any problems or dissatisfaction! I highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a small & friendly salon but still wants the upmost professionalism and experience!You can’t go wrong choosing the Neal Parker Salon!Services: Haircut

This is by far the best hair salon in Abilene! My previous hair stylist moved about 3 years ago and Karli took on my hair. I am very particular and very picky when it comes to my hair color, style, and cut. Karli executes my requests every single time! I have been going to her every since the first time she transformed my hair into beautiful Roségold/blush pink highlights! She is simply AMAZING! Karli is the Queen of hair color!Services: Haircut

The bottom layer of my hair was completely fried off. My trim wasn’t even. Karli was late every. Single. Time. With a different excuse as to why. I see Karli at NPS and she's the best. Karli is such a great hairdresser. My hair color & cut is amazing. She tailors what you want to what looks the best for you & your skin tone, lifestyle & what my hair will do. She's a real find.

I don't know the quality of the hair services as I could not actually successfully schedule an appointment in 2 days of texting. When you call the number the voicemail instructs you to text. Beyond an initial reply, there is no follow up whatsoever to any questions or scheduling attempts for a new client. When asking what the next 2 available appointment times were, I was left hanging without any response. 2. Days.
