I called first thing this morning to get my daughters car diagnosed. I work for a dealership in parts and service and I am an hour away, I needed someone closer to my daughter to get her in as soon as possible. They did just that, not only were they able to get her car diagnosed, they had the repair completed as well by the end of the work day! Thank you so much for taking care of my daughters car in a timely manner!! Very much appreciated!! Thank you!

Tried taking my vehicle here because they said they could get it in immediate for a pressure test for my radiator system and give me a quote for some other work.
I dropped it off at 1140am. They said they would go to lunch 12-1 but that it should only take 15 min to do the test.
I got there at 1:40 which would have given them enough time to get my vehicle in the bay and at least hooked up but when I got there it wasn't even looked at yet.
They said someone was going to get it right then but then no one came. I then overheard someone else talking to the guy at the desk about other work they had done that wasnt satisfactory.
I decided to just leave. After all the bad reviews I really didn't want them skipping steps because they manage time poorly.

It took over two weeks and the job is still half way done. Car went into the shop left passenger door handle needs to be replaced now the door just don’t open at all! It was like twisting hands to get an issue fix when I barely purchased the car not even two weeks in and having issues ! I’m just over it at this point !

Updated Review : I’ve been back and forth with getting issues fixed , I’ve brought in my Tahoe to get fixed on 3or 4separate occasions since the day I purchase this Tahoe for the same issues and each time nothin has been done, only had this car since Feb 2024 and here it is May going into June and the check engine light is on and running hot, and that’s just to list a few issues not all of them. It takes them weeks before they even look at my car, I dropped my Tahoe off on May 6th and here it is May 28th and they still have the Tahoe there and so far charges has racked up over $700 and I’m sure the cost is still going up cause they can’t seem to figure out or fix the issue.Can never get a clear line of communication. Being told I’ll get a call back since last Thursday after me having to keep reaching out or being placed on hold for over 5 mins at a time just to be told I’ll get a call back in don’t. Between the car lot owner now and the mechanic shop performance and professionalism has gone down it’s all about the $$ not the value of a customer! Due to their negligence it’s costing me so many inconveniences.If the job was done right the first time that Tahoe would not be having so many issues like it is now within a 90 day window from the time of purchase!

The mechanic that worked on my car is nothing but amazing! Lupe is too notch!!!! But your prices are ridiculous!!!!!! 400 plus for nothing !!!!!! An oil change, and a sensor and you charged me for 200 in diagnostics!!!! That first of all I didnt want !!! I wanted a sensor ....i knew what I wanted .....so you enjoy it and I will never bring my vehicles back to you!!!! Oh and lets not mention I spoke to someone on the phone who got my balance down to 300 then today 400 plus .....Nope and Nope

I can't say enough about the guys there. I have had them take care of several things with my car and can't be more pleased. Their prices are more than reasonable and they actually care about their customers. I would gladly recommend them to anybody.

They came and picked my car up and got it done within a couple of days whereas pretty much any other shop would have taken AT LEAST a week or 2!! Cody was very helpful and never did anything without letting us know first!!Definitely 5 star material!!
