Had my car washed yesterday. The brushes pulled my front license plate off. Try calling and getting someone on the phone. No one answers. Takes them a few days to call back.

Did not clean my midsize car after two trips through it. The dirt was hand wiped off right outside the car wash. The brushes obviously dont scrub well.
