Went there and got my truck detailed. They did an amazing job…. Until the driver broke my key. However, the manager and his staff were able to quickly get a new key to me quick. The manager stayed by my side until I got the new key. That is the only reason for 3 stars.

Very busy car wash with below average staff there to make sure stalls have towels, vacuums in working order, etc. not worth the spend since they refuse to manage the place better

I was misled, when I was giving a $20.00 price for unlimited, guy fast talked me, thinking a cheaper rate, I gave in and I'm thinking some one got ahold of my bank information cause more money was being taken out, come to find out $40.00 , oh no and the experience was poorly, first time I had to have them redo vacuuming, just not to happy,

I got to say I'm disappointed I thought it was a Florida thing, but it might just be a Mister thing. So in Florida they didn't clean out my truck good I still have residues on the dashboard, and on the doors and in the cup holders. They also didn't do my floor mats and I was just so disappointed so they gave me a complimentary wash. I got here to Texas to have them do the inside and outside the outside was okay, but the inside I still had this residue sticky looking stuff on my dashboard and doors and I clearly pointed it out to them and told them that I need to get that off. They said okay but it was still on there I won't be going back I'm better off just cleaning out my car myself

So they are raising their monthly rates for unlimited membership. How about bringing back the towel dryers at the end of wash. Maybe they can remove all the spots and move your side mirrors back out that get knocked in when going thru this location.

this place is trash I pay for the titanium, which is the best inside and outside wash and clean and every single time they don't wipe down the dash they don't wipe down the cupholders. They don't wipe down the doors they don't wipe down anything will not be coming back.
