Went to the store 3x called store asked for a manager to make a return, and no manager on duty. No one can’t do a refund if a manager isn’t available they should have their staffs do refunds. It isn’t right for customers to be waiting on a manager just to get a refund. Not knowing when a manager will be available at the store. And staffs can’t even reach him.

Lousy customer service, very rude when they told me to come in there to sign up for ACP program and then told me to go home and call 611 when I could have done that in the first place, not happy with them at all

I think it's ridiculous that the phone company don't take care of the customers they have instead of they try to get new customers and take the phone numbers away from me the competition so therefore if I want to get a good deal on the phone I got to change providers to get the best deal I can because the company I've been with since they open don't want to take care of me thank you for asking me to do your survey I hope this will help you and for the reference to not lose the customers you have
